Jonathan Fan
Jonathan Fan is a senior, majoring in industrial and systems engineering with a minor in international relations, who hails from Pasadena, California.
As president of the University Resident Student Community (URSC) for the past two years, Jonathan represents the interests of more than 6,000 students who live on campus. His leadership and management skills have served the organization well and have brought out the best in the URSC Executive Board. Under his direction, programs such as "Save Tommy Night" and "Dive-in Movie" have achieved great success.
When he graduates in December 2006, Jonathan's plans include applying to graduate school to pursue a master's degree in international relations, applying to law school or starting work. Describing his USC experience, Jonathan says, "I've enjoyed all the opportunities that USC provides -- involvement, leadership, development or classes you can take -- to shape what's going on at USC. The university does a good job of providing these opportunities to students."
