LOST/STOLEN CARDS
Always report your lost or stolen card, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Use the new on-line
service to deactivate your USCard immediately if it
is missing.
Found your card before you stopped by customer service
to get a replacement id? No problem! Reactivate your USCard
using the same, convenient, on-line account management
services. Note electronic key access for buildings, parking
lots, etc. will require an email request to USCard@usc.edu.

You
may be liable for any unauthorized use of your card prior
to notifying the USCard Office in writing of possible
loss or theft. As a USC ID card holder, you agree to
comply with all regulations and uses of the card. USCard
funds are non-transferable. If you attempt to use someone
else's ID card, the card will be confiscated and you
may be required to pay a fine to retrieve the card.
