LOST/STOLEN CARDS

Always report your lost or stolen card, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use our Manage Your Account to deactivate your USCard immediately if it is missing.

Found your card before you stopped by customer service to get a replacement id? No problem! Reactivate your USCard using the same, convenient, on-line account management services. Note electronic key access for buildings, parking lots, etc. will require an email request to USCard@usc.edu. (See Contact Us on the left hand menu or click on "Problems, Suggestions" once you are in the "Manage Account On-Line" section).

You may be liable for any unauthorized use of your card prior to notifying the USCard Office in writing of possible loss or theft. As a USC ID card holder, you agree to comply with all regulations and uses of the card. USCard funds are non-transferable. If you attempt to use someone else's ID card, the card will be confiscated and you may be required to pay a fine to retrieve the card.

If you are a resident of University TrojanHousing and need a temporary card after regular business hours please go to DPS, located in PSA. A temporary card will be issued to you and activated for access only through noon of the next business day. It will be important for you to stop at USCard Customer Services and replace your misplaced card. A temporary card cannot be reactivated after its expiration.
