  • exchange rate crises (especially in Mexico and Argentina)
  • trade integration (NAFTA and FTAA)
Additional Information:
    Recipient of many major awards and grants, including two Fulbright awards. Will serve as a Public Policy Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Washington, D.C. in 2006.
