Rummel can talk about the impact of such punishments, the Court's recent precedent on the issue of Juvenile Life Without Parole, how the Court's decision comports with international human rights standards, and how it will impact California inmates.

"The court is saying when it comes to juveniles you have to give them indvidual justice. You cannot take the cookie-cutter approach of mandatory minimums in matters of juvenile jsutice."

Armour may be reach at 323-573-0444.
