Hollywood and the Tech Industry Come Together at Silicon Beach @ USC

The USC Marshall School and USC School of Cinematic Arts are hosting a special conference on L.A.'s startup industry.

Mirroring Silicon Valley, "Silicon Beach" is the unique startup atmosphere that has taken root in Los Angeles, a hot house for both the tech and media industries.

WHAT:

The USC Marshall School of Business and USC School of Cinematic Arts invite you to a special conference, Silicon Beach @ USC. Panels will be held by the Marshall School's Institute for Communication Technology Management, Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and SCA's Entertainment Technology Center. Discussions will include the convergence of entertainment and technology, how to advance tech startups and how to foster connections with venture capital and angel investment communities.

A $50k tech venture competition will showcase promising startups.
