USC College’s Lynn Whitley, who runs education programs for USC Sea Grant at the Wrigley Institute for Environmental Studies, has been named president-elect of the National Marine Educators Association for 2006-07. Next summer she will begin a year-long term as president of the nonprofit, Mississippi-based organization.
