The Huffington Post ran a New Year’s resolution by David Agus of the Keck School of USC. Agus wrote about the value of committing to a schedule. Eating at the same time every day, taking medication at the same time, and going to bed at the same time is a realistic and beneficial goal, he wrote. “Watch — and feel — what happens,” Agus added.
